The reason Gore's cause continually draws attention to him is because he is the only person doing anything about the issue...so even if he is mislead, at least he is putting forth an effort. We can debate this issue all we want, but for the most part when the truth concerning it (if and when it comes to fruition) most of us will be dead and gone.

You raise a good question there sup-rbeast. What is Gore actually doing about it, or is it a platform for him to preach about it, without leading to any action?
In all honesty I am not seeing any actions from him to follow his theory. There are many actors and such who are actually going off the grid and such, but I don't believe Al has for his homes.
One of the funniest things was last year when Gore went to speak in NY to the United Nations I believe it was about this issue, NYC had the coldest recorded day in like 50 years or something.
